Style: neoclassicism + minimalism with elements of modernism
This is a three-room apartment located in the very center, with magnificent views from the windows. Such initial data creates certain expectations – and we created an interior that matches the location.
The apartment was renovated 6 years ago – physically not worn out, but very outdated morally, with noticeable references to the style of the 2000s.
At first, it was planned to simply complete the furniture so that customers could get an apartment ready for living as quickly as possible. But during the discussion, it was decided to change almost everything – from sockets to the decoration of all the rooms.
The largest area of work was replacing the kitchen – but this was a necessary step, since an outdated kitchen can ruin any interior; in addition, old kitchens are much less convenient compared to modern ones.
Another significant stage is the redesign of the shower. During this work, the room was transformed not only aesthetically, but also functionally – a laundry room appeared here.
In addition, a large volume of tasks was completed to update the finish in the entire apartment – we replaced all the lamps, sockets, plumbing, floor tiles, repainted almost all the walls in the apartment, replaced all the engineering and made a full set of furniture.
The result was very impressive and comfortable, exactly as requested by the customers.
Type: Three room flat
Location: Moscow
Area: 100 sq.m
Year: 2024
The apartment was originally a three-room apartment – with a living room, bedroom, children’s room, kitchen and shower room.
We did not have the task of globally changing the layout, but we still proposed one solution, and it was implemented – after our renovation, a laundry room appeared in the apartment. The presence of such a room greatly simplifies everyday life, and the customers have already managed to appreciate the convenience of the updated layout.
