This apartment is a wonderful example of what kind of result can be achieved with any initial data if you approach the design correctly.

The apartment was originally finished by the developer, and we had a specific task: to equip it with furniture, lamps, plumbing and decorative elements.

That is, we did not work with the finishing of the main surfaces – walls, floors, ceilings. All this was already “inherited” to us in its existing form, and it was necessary to design these rooms in accordance with the current needs of the customers.

The apartment was designed for our customer, who had already contacted us before, and was happy to return again to repeat the successful experience of work.

The final task was formed as follows: to transform the classic base into a stylish modern interior, as comfortable as possible for living.

To solve this problem, we created a number of individual proposals:

• A stylist with a bias towards modernism – furniture with high beveled thin legs, local use of complex shapes with smooth lines.
• The color scheme is close to monochrome – shades of gray, beige, taupe.
• Active use of contrasts within one color scheme: from light gray to deep black.
• We do not refuse decor – it is present, but mainly these are utilitarian objects. Lamps, vases, organizers – all these details look great on the shelves and at the same time perform certain utilitarian functions.

The design turned out to be restrained, but cozy. In such an apartment you can relax from the outside noise and bustle, or you can work – all the possibilities are provided for any purpose.
