This package is suitable for apartments and houses with finished interiors or secondary market properties.
We handle all aspects of the express design project, budgeting, procurement organisation, and contractor coordination where required — tailored individually to each project.
The result is a move-in ready home.
For the entire duration:
8 000 ₽/m²
Up to 100 m² — 1 month
Over 100 m² — 2 months
From 3 months
We always begin with on-site measurements and photographic documentation conducted by our specialists, followed by an extensive briefing session to discuss and compile a detailed design brief with the client. Based on your preferences, we discuss the purpose and furnishing of each room. You receive 3 layout options with furniture placement.
The designer will zone the space taking into account the needs of all family members. Every square metre is considered from a functional perspective. We create a ‘white box’ visualisation to convey spatial volumes, without specifying particular furniture models or material textures.
At this stage, the core concept is established to implement the designer’s ideas. A visual representation of the future interior is created to convey the overall mood, style, and colour palette. We visit showrooms, carry out an initial selection of furniture and materials, develop drawings outlining the main functional zones, and define the colour scheme.
This process results in a moodboard — a visual collage of the interior that helps determine whether the overall style of the space feels right and how accurately the designer has captured your expectations. If necessary, adjustments are made to ensure the 3D design reflects the concept as precisely as possible.
We produce precise technical drawings for contractors, accurate down to the millimetre. Comprehensive and error-free documentation specifying exact quantities of finishing materials ensures a smooth construction process. At this stage, specialist contractors are involved in developing engineering systems, including ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and smart home solutions.
Thanks to this integrated approach, the project is transferred to contractors only after you have reviewed all details, experienced the updated space concept in full, and are ready to proceed to the implementation stage.
This stage significantly reduces the time required to select and purchase finishing materials, furniture, equipment, and décor, while ensuring timely delivery to site and structured cost control. Procurement is divided into two phases:
Preparation of a detailed cost estimate for finishing materials, equipment, furniture, and décor based on the approved 3D visualisations, including specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Organisation of the entire purchasing process — from requesting quotations and approving material samples with the client, to verifying product codes, arranging delivery, and coordinating installation of approved items.
Scope of procurement services:
This stage includes a full range of services required for successful implementation of the design project, including high-quality construction work and coordination of all suppliers and contractors on site. It also involves consultation with builders during the construction process, adjustments to working drawings when necessary, and regular site visits by the project team.
