This project features a 150 sq.m luxury apartment located in the very heart of historic Moscow, in one of the city’s most prestigious neighborhoods — Khamovniki.
The apartment boasts a spacious terrace overlooking the landscaped inner courtyard of the residential complex, creating a rare sense of tranquility and harmony amid the dynamic rhythm of the metropolis. The design concept is built on the synergy of contemporary style and refined, understated luxury, precisely reflecting the homeowner’s taste and lifestyle.
One of the key priorities of the project was meticulous attention to the quality of materials and the aesthetic perfection of every interior detail — nothing here is accidental, and everything is meant to be flawless. The interior is rendered in noble beige and soft golden tones that fill the space with a delicate glow, further enhanced by abundant natural light streaming through panoramic windows, creating an atmosphere of warmth and sophistication.
Special attention is drawn to the bespoke lighting system, composed of futuristic, sculptural light fixtures of complex forms, each uniquely designed for different zones of the apartment. These elements function as standalone art objects, capturing attention and adding depth to the interior — inviting the viewer to explore the space endlessly.
Premium Italian furniture underscores the apartment’s status and lends a refined elegance to the minimalist interior — a true expression of high-end minimalism at its finest.
